How do I submit a document? ▼
Log in, go to your dashboard, click "New submission", select a submission type, upload your document, and wait for the similarity check to complete.
Why is my report not ready? ▼
Turnitin typically takes 2–10 minutes to process a document. If it has been more than 30 minutes, please contact support.
Can I resubmit a document? ▼
Yes — each submission uses tokens from your account. You can submit the same or different documents as many times as your token balance allows.
How do I verify a report's authenticity? ▼
Every similarity report contains a QR code and a verification link. Anyone can visit that link to confirm the report is genuine.
I forgot my password ▼
Use the "Forgot password" link on the login page. A reset link will be sent to your registered email address.
